Now combined as One Island Cebu.

Their musicality improved compared to the last years, I'm seeing a huge relevance to their concept to the matter of inflation the Philippines has today. The concept of poverty and hope, all into place with their graceful movements and colorful costumes and props. They did great, and I'm congratulating them because the city already pulled a back to back win since their last performance in Sinulog sa Kabataan 2020 replacing Talisay City as topnotcher of Sinulog sa Kabataan. I'm also rooting for this contingent on the Mardi Gras. See you there, Carcar, and congratulations on winning this year's Sinulog sa Kabataan! ❤️

Actually, they win less than they spent. 500k lang grand prize sa Sinulog sa Kabataan and 1 million sa grand parade. Many contingents from different cities spend a lot talaga for their tourism.
