Your not gonna believe this and i know it sounds stupid but i put my ear buds in my nose to see if the frequency would have any effect or do anything instead of just listening to it and letting your brain do the work it is hard to explain but its extremely effective its like the frequency goes to a whole different part of the brain or in your cells and flows through your whole skin and nerves and eyes i may have discovered something worth trying cause even my facial muscles feel more relaxed and yes its weird and i did try it but dont knock it till you try it cause i feel great

It's 6:19am... I've been up all night suffering and using everything besides cutting my nose off!!! Which I was contemplating!! I usually use a different video that worked up until tonight. But tonight, it just wouldn't. I tired everything! Vicks, hot shower, hot zinc tea with hot honey, spicy chicken soup, a steam vaporizer, menthol bath salts in a hot bath, and nothing worked! The pain and pressure had me desperately searching! Finally, after 3 mins, the pressure was released, and my ear finally popped. I am forever grateful! ❤😂

hey girl hope you're not still suffering a year later.. but if you were (im sorry) and as soon as you said pressure that reminded me of my gluten allergy, that caused me most of my severe sinus symptoms... eating bread / loafs, gluten containing snacks, has caused my nose to wreak havoc the next 24-48 hours( not immediately) and as soon as i stopped gluten i had small bouts of allergies and the pressure stopped 80%.. rest was from the environment/ dust & mold

This really works! I used it today for a different reason: Lack of proper sleep this morning caused bad sinus pressure. Yes, I have a history of chronic sinusitis going back nearly 30 years. After 5 minutes, the pressure in my sinuses is almost gone & drainage has begun. Even my lungs are feeling better, which can suffer big time if you do not get proper sleep.

THANK YOU so much for your comment! i have been reading for over an hour now and not seen one negative comment, until now..i was beginning to wonder if i'm the ONLY 'odd ball' here and the only one that this is NOT working on..but then just about the time i was getting ready to write this 'reply' to you my nose was actually dripping so fast that i couldn't catch it in time with a kleenex! THEN is when i realized that it actually IS working! but just before that i was convinced that i was wasting my time! at the beginning of this video i had just woke up and my sinuses was very glogged up and no 'runniness' happening..so finally i've learned that it IS working, but it took ALL this time to work on a much deeper level than everyone else's..my sinus issues are from a much LONGER and DEEPER issues than the other folks here..cuz NOW, over an hour later, everything in my sinuses is breaking up and running out..which is incredible! but when i read your comment AT FIRST nothing was happening..so i assumed NOTHING was going to happen..but all at once it DID..anyways, point being- it may take a lot longer for some people than others depending on WHAT the problem is and how long has the issue been inbedded in the person's body..thank you so much for sharing or i would never have stopped to realize that my nose was actually running now and everything was breaking loose..🙏👍🏻😇💜

Frequencies really work but you have to do your part and remember to drink water! When i get stuffed up i drink lots of hot water with lemon and little bit of honey. It helps to open your sinus and get things moving...🤧 Remember, this is just temporary and you're going to get through it just like always ❤❤❤ Oh yeah, and try sleeping with your head elevated but also don't sleep all day. walk around and gently swing your arms to encourage circulation of fluids. Whenever there's a dip in the barometer, my sinuses go nuts and the pressure builds up in the sinus cavities which, as you all know, is really painful. I thought I was dying. Thought Maybe had a brain tumor. I was in so much sinus pain. Within minutes -the pain reduced by 90%. I thought maybe it was the meds but I woke up perfectly fine. No teeth- face - headache. I do feel Slightly congested but I took meds. So I will listen tonight. I feel normal. It’s almost wired. I could cry. I might have to. I've come back to this once again because of a sinus infection. Every time I listen I feel my sinuses easing. As crazy as I thought, it would be literally almost as soon as I started listening, I could already feel one side of my nose clearing up as crazy. My son is plague with sinus issues, and I sent it to him.

What an amazing healing experience! I am so very grateful to you for this wonderful healing frequency! Within 20 minutes of using headphones on both ears connected to my computer, and earphones inside both nostrils connected to my phone, simultaneously, I started streaming liquid from both eyes and nostrils. It continued streaming for hours and hours ... very exhausting and followed by a temperature spike in the night. Guys yall can get yourself a rife machine for 150usd and have all the frequencies for any possible misalignment - physically, emotionally and mentally - right at your fingertips. I've been using mine since 2020 now, it's been a game changer. This one is truly powerful btw

This is just beyond amazing. Now i sound like the people in the comments😂 but seriously it's true. This works. I've tried numerous videos like this for nasal congestion relief but this video isnt like the others. There are, i think, 3 diffrent frequencies happening all at once meanwhile you can literally and physically feel a very fast repeating tap happening in your nose. Like a kangaroo is in there throwing infinitly fast taps/punches directly to the nasal congestion. To keep things 100 percent truthful, i also took a benedryl about 10 minutes before i was blessed to find this video. But this does really work. You must use headphones for best feeling and result. I recommend investing in some dre beats studio quality headphones or similar quality headphones. God bless you and congrats on your soon-to-be clear nasal passages.🕊️❤

THIS!!! Wow! Try it. Last night was my first time listening to it. I woke up 5 hours later and I am breathing while my mouth closed! 🙌🏾. The past two days have been brutal with sinus pressure, headache, face pain, etc. from a sinus infection. Now, I’m able to sleep and I feel soooo much better! When I first started listening to it, I could feel the vibrations in my nose and it felt like it wanted to start draining. Then, I fell asleep. I’ll listen to it again today. August 2023, my allergies is bad, perhaps the reason I cannot feel yet what you guys are saying. I’m happy for you all. I have a rhinitis, allergy to pollen, pets and dust unfortunately my prescription doesn’t work really. I will keep listening 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏. But thank you 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

You should find locally made honey in your area and take a tablespoon 2x per day. The theory is, bees use the allergens in the area that you react to and by introducing them to your body daily via the local honey, your body will build immunity. I was pretty bad off, me and the dog. I got local honey for us both and now that pollen season has started in South Carolina, we haven’t sneezed or been congested once. Hope this helps!
