Marginal Gains are applied in my organisation, its amazing to see the collective difference in attitudes and performance by applying the CORE Principles. No longer do we have 'meetings to meet' - they are targeted, focused and are driven by our collective goal - added value to our customers.I wish they taught this as a core subject in schools!

Sir Dave clearly communicates these important principles. They are very similar to the principles of Lean Management and Kaizen used in Lean Six Sigma.

How I wish I had seen this at age 13-20. We just didn't have any access to this quality of training in those days.

This video should have more exposure. As someone who has consciously and unconsciously used these tactics in the business world and watched it be extremely successful. It's sad to see how shunned this mindset is treated along with those who implement it.

Excellent video useful for personal and professional life. Just come out of comfort zone to enter in effort zone. Do it a little extra, make it easy.

Note specifically from 06.35 where he talks about 'marginal gains' - this is a GREAT example of the 'Go the Extra Inch' principle!

This is revealing in light of recent allegations within the cycling world. Disturbing and distressing in light of the TUE Govt report.

4:18 "create an environment where people are free to speak" That's Brailsford speaking on a culture of bullying and harassment (enquiry's comments not mine) and where Dr Freeman felt threatened by Shane Sutton. (Again, his words in his recent tribunal)

Richard Milner - listen again, he mentioned the glueing of the tyres on straight onto the tubular wheels. Difficult to do perfectly, different to the wheels being straight

Oh yes Dave, talk us about the marginal gains such like the TUE abuse and all sort of things we don't even want to imagine....?

the only marginal gains with Brailsford and his team is the use of drugs
