Carol Cotuer (Born 1971) was a stage singer in the Atlanta theater scene. during the revival of swing and big band music, she made a short musical play where she would turn men down. "Sir Jack-a-Lot" was the main song for this show and had enough popularity to be put in a set of other popular songs from the city as a novelty/promotional CD.
