What cha’ll talkin’ about? Like either of the two of you actually got to experience the eighties like you’re claiming. Claiming to be born in 83 & 84, that means y’all spent most of this decade wearing diapers. Yet, here you are reminiscing about what a great era it was. I mean, c’mon! Y’all are strait trippin’…

Facts I’m old and sore af ! Our massage oil has arthritis somewhere in the name ! However I’m so proud to be a 70s baby !!! I remember when they shut the airways for television at 12 midnight playing the national anthem.

My high school won a radio contest and Sir Mix Slot was one of the performers. The wall of speakers he had blew my mind. Then this song came on. Bass was crazy. My first rap show I was 15. The good ol days

Dayum how lucky. I remember those speaker walls each box had 4 15” or 18” subs. I remember a school dances DJ’S would bring those, and I would stand against them while my close blew around like wind

This song and Whodini's Im a Ho were the ultimate bass. A friend of mine had a dropped Toyota with the bass so deep your eyes would shake evertime he cranked it up. Those were the days late 80s - early 90s...nothing better. I'm now 56 y/o and this music is still my go to...and always will be.

This is LL's best song. In 1990 when this came out, mad people were bumping this in their cars. Rap was great back then. Now it's so bad. Too bad the next generation didn't keep it alive and well. They turned it into some corny ass music. I wait for someone to come out and bring that fire back to Hip-hop. Please, someone step up and make us love Hip-hop again.!!!!

Yes, I agree with so many comments about 90s. This Song was the Best Song to bump in your car system, where you probably built your own speaker box with a couple 13's. And turn this song up cruising down the block, Using your Base to trigger all the car alarms of all the parked cars on the block. Hell yeah. This song is a go to for that. And if you really wanted to boom, the Entire first ODB album had so much bass, it would trip the breaker on the amp and sometimes pop a speaker. Those were the days.
