Very simple to make! Graduation cap garland with tassel made out of paper. This is a graduation decoration and can be used to decorate for this special event. I have used black thick paper which is also known as cardboard paper. If you want you can use thin paper as well. If you cannot get the golden color crepe paper then you can also use yellow or silver crepe paper for the tassel. This decor is a must have for an awesome graduation party. All you need for this diy is black paper & gold crepe paper and a piece of ribbon. This is also known as graduation hat. So you can make your background for your party more into the mood with this decor. After studying hard for such a long time, it is surely worth to celebrate your achievement.
