Hi Mam, Thank you again for this recipe. I always made bharta with eggplant. But yesterday I found your recipe and thought to make it and I made it for dinner. When I served it to my husband he started making faces to see that I didn't make bharta. He is not in a mood to have it but I said that try it once. And when he started eating he just eating and eating. He liked it so much and this made me happy too. Thanks Mam for this wonderful recipe 😘😘

Main hamesha se youtube videos pe recipies dekhti zaroor hoon lekin hamesha se esa hi lagta tha k mummy k style se hi achi banti hain, mummy k baad aap ho jinki recipes main bnaati hoo. Maine matar paneer bnaaye the ur way, and everyone loved it. Aur jo aapse dekhkar roughly chopped tomatoes in sukhi sabzi changes the whole flavour n colour of sabzi. Love u loads, and thanks for all ur recipes.
