Yeah-100% with you. Those were extremely well placed and timed troops. Easy positioning, like barbs at the river to counter may be more obvious, but it’s the subtlety of where he puts little prince or just grabbing a mini pekka or group of troops at just the right time at just the right angle. It reminds me of racquetball where so much is about position and understanding how your opponent plays-in racquetball, most good players have the game come down to being 1 step out of position here, or just a split second more time to get the return. Obviously, I’m sure there’s plenty of sports and games you can parallel this game to, it just has to do with my familiarity of both of them, not to mention they are both 1v1 and not a team sport. Great content-I hate Net-Decking, or following the meta- in video games or tabletop games. This is a good format of showing skills, and what balance changes are going on. New subscriber. Keep it up. On a side note, It would be nice if I knew a channel that did semi-regular character balance videos, where you break down the current characters that are A-F tier, how often are they played, w:l ratio, and analytics like that. You can talk about dangerous combinations currently going on. Anyways-cheers!

I use this deck with lumberjack instead of healer, I seem to never get any value with the healer and lumberjack works way better for me. Also at 9:31 when you said to play the guessing game with barbs when the opponent has a miner, you actually don't have to. If you put them at the correct placement you will always catch the miner with barbs no matter where it goes.
