I made this stew tonight and I had some mixed feelings about what I made. The Okru didnt draw enough and my stew kept on drying out so I had to keep on adding watered stock to it. Plus I used fish instead of meat and the fish ended up scattering inside the stew. Even thou it was a type of fish that wasn't supposed to break up when cooked. I guess that's why they say, just stick to the recipe. 😂 I'm glad it taste nice though.

There are herbs and spices that go very well with the palm oil, one is the hot peppers themselves, the malagueta, the palm butter leaf, basil leaf, onions for the most parts. Really nicely cooked and presented .

For the first time I wanted to make a delicious soup and it was okra. Then I followed your video rewinding severally until I produced a delicious pot of soup. The thumbnail, which actually is the soup, is bomb. It got you the view as it brought me here. I will like to cook something as oily as this. I bet it will be so nice; just that I will not get to enjoy it if I make it as is usual with the food I cook even when others praise it!
