You know Ebert hates a movie when he criticizes not the film itself but the fact it was made in the first place, like a wrongful execution.

I love episodes like these, when they would both bond over a terrible movie. Moments like these are when they were at their very best.

Roger: I sat there and I thought; Life is precious, life is short, and the idiots who made this film are taking two hours of my life, and robbing it from me in order to give me less than nothing.

"Go out to the lobby and talk!" Priceless. I love it.

I remember seeing this review when it first aired, and they left out the best part at the end when Siskel says "This movie is a wrong that will never be righted".

I miss these two guys. May they both RIP

You know I feel unclean knowing this movie exists.

The "father gets uptight over daughter's sexy swimsuit" gag was repeated in MY FATHER, THE HERO (which was also redoing SUPERDAD).

Loved this review, it definitely reminded me of Mark Kermode's review of Bride Wars claiming he would quit film criticism if there were 10 films worse than that one.

The best part is you know there are people out there who actually like this movie.

@ZarahLean, I just want to say that even though I like siskel, ebert & roeper, their opinion doesn't change what I think of a movie, I like hearing what I have to say & seeing if they make good points, but their opinions don't affect mine.

1:54, I know how Gene feels. I wanted to get out of film crticism after I saw Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son.

One of my favorite S&E clips of all time. Think about how depressed Siskel had to be, after watching THOUSANDS of movies, many of them awful, that he'd actually consider quitting his job as a film critic after watching She's Out of Control. I can't think of a worse indictment of a movie. Notable, Tony Danza never headlined another movie after this.

Well, this was a classic review! Sadly, Roger's and especially Gene's lives were too short. While their jobs are to review the bad flicks as well as good ones, sometimes being a rational thinking human being takes precedent. Glad I never saw this. "Mmm, oh NO!"
