Hindi po ako Ifugao or taga Cordillera or Mountain province, pero naluluha ako pag nakakapanuod ng mga cultural dance nila or yung alin man sa mga kultura na nila na pinanonood ko, sana mapanatili pa nila hanggang sa ka apo apohan nila. I love their culture pilipinong pilipinong katutubo

Thank you for your kind offer. By the way, I am originally from Pambuan, Gapan, Nueva Ecija. I am just glad there is a Tagalog version of Sisiwit Ko. But to be honest I like the Ilocano version better. I am former professor of Chemical Engineering at Adamson University in Manila. I am a published author and has written 14 books on the Filipino martial arts. 13 were published in the US and 1 in the Philippines. My most recent book is Archery for Beginners published in the US by Tuttle Publishing in 2019. I am currently writing another book and while doing so, I listen to Sisiwit Ko over and over. It is refreshing to see how other cultures celebrate other parts of their lives. Even the parents and audience participate. This is a more relaxed lifestyle than in other parts of the current world.

i almost attached to this music when i first heard it…i love the culture of the igorots. i stayed in baguio for almost a year becoz of our projects and marami akong naging kaibigang igorots…i stayed in pinget, lucnab and dr. carino, i really love to came back to baguio but i’m a lowlanders living here in manila…

Galing ng mga students and hats off to the mentors who teached the cultural dances for helping to preserve it for the future generations,. Lucky for the students for having chance of wearing native costumes and learning this dances not like in our school before. Pag may kasal or occasions atleast alam na nilang sumali sa native dances and playing gongs. Good job

Igorot dance.. and Ifugao dance.. and Benged dance was inspired by Bongo Tribe of 14century 15century.. which parents of.. Africa Region Volta Sudan.. Filipine Region Hahiti Tahiti.. Mixeco Region Angola Yuande.. Searchin of ancestors epic history geography of our existance into is world we live in.. Probably 15century was Africa Regions and Filipine Region and Mixeco Region.. culture tradition ethnic generation..
