She's doing the announcing before/after commercials so she's facing the camera in a way where she doesn't need to readjust herself each time. She has her hands in her lap the whole time too. She's in position and doesn't want her posture to get sloppy. It looks odd during the interview for sure but I could tell that's why she was facing a different direction than the others.

Thank you for sharing your testimony regarding you being poisoned with rat poison at a restaurant, and how God has healed you. Thank God that you are still here with us. Hearing your story reminds me of "Mark 16:18, NIV: ..and when they drink or eat deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."
