I actually like that the trainers grade them harshly. Most of them are in unfamiliar territory and if they don't get pushed, the results will be lacking. However, if the trainers push them and they work really hard, the end result is so much more satisfying. Even Jinkyung was proud of herself for getting better. Just seeing them work hard to get a pass on the Ma Boy dance was great to watch. Being treated like a real girl group in training rather than a variety show experience will actually make the variety show more dynamic and fun.

True, it gives viewers a better feel for how tough it is to be an idol. You really have to be mentally, physically, and emotionally strong to survive in that career. If the trainers don't break you, then the odds are the anti-fans and critics won't break you. If the trainers treat you too kindly they do a disservice as they don't weed out the idols who can't take the pressure and criticism. All of these women on this show have been in the entertainment business a long time. While they may not be used to dancing and singing coaches getting on them for something they aren't really adept at, they are used to PD's getting on them regarding their acting, comedy, or modeling. They can take this I think.

Hmm let's look at this objectively on one hand you can be happy that they were able to become number 1 in a lot of music charts however if you are the pd your kinda disappointed that season 1 had 33 ep while season 2 only had 16, if we look at the ratings season 1 had an average of 4.6 while season 2 had an average of 4.03, now you might say it's not fair to compare 33 vs 16 then let's compare the 1st 16 episodes of season 1 to season 2, if I only use the 1st 16 episodes season 1 would have an average of 5.6 so you can talk all you want about being serious blah blah blah but in the end they only achieved half success and I believe that had it been less serious the show could have gone to at least up to 25 episodes.

Honestly speaking- when you look at Minzy, you can see that she is really disciplined. She is never annoyed with anything, always trying to help out the others. I'm very glad she became a leader, it's well deserved position. Minzy fighting!!! Unnies fighting!!!

Well in some ways for Minzy after years of being in a top girl group, this training is likely not hard for her at all, and she has plenty of energy to mentor as a result. Obviously she is the most experienced member in this regard. I thought it was interesting when she made the comment about the life of a girl group member when she spotted Somi curled up uncomfortably on a chair trying to sleep for even a short period. It isn't an easy life and that's why a lot of girl groups, even successful ones, seems to split up after their initial contracts are up. Some are just worn out from the lifestyle of being an idol.

lol give the trainers a break. You can tell they were uncomfortable failing the girls too since this is a variety show. Tbh jinkyung really didn't practice this time so she deserved it. Since the girls are a team she should have practiced anyways so the team wouldn't get punished and not just her. On another note, I love jinyoung's attitude so much that she tries for everyone!!

I didn't know body waves were so hard to do, they are literally the easiest things for me to do. It was so hard watching some of the members do it. Kudos to Jinyoung and Yewon you can tell they are really passionate and they work hard, I hope they continue to do well.

Ig you have a flexible torso. People have different parts of their body they're flexible at. Some are flexible all over, some are flexible at the limbs, some at the joints connecting the torso and the limbs, some at the torso and some at a combination of any that I said. I'm flexible at my torso part too, especially my hips and waist but very stiff at limbs. Dancers usually hone their flexibility at everything.

To be honest, watching the sister's slam dunk season 2 almost felt like I was there with them. It didn't feel like a variety show at all, I loved how they were so comfortable with each other even on the 1st episode I really wish to seem them in the same show in the future.

I actually really admire Yewon; it’s a variety show in the end, but I think that at times, some of the other members are very focused on the internal contest instead of actually doing their part as a group. Don’t get me wrong, I love their personalities and how hilarious they are, but when they’re in the studio, they tend to be too...lax? But Yewon takes it seriously and grinds like she’s going to debut professionally...respect respect!👍🏻

Jin Kyung's body roll... I can't even lol... Robot Jin Kyung never fails to entertain us. Still remember in Season 1, JYP said both two types of mics sound the same on her; Si Kyung said her 4 consecutive "Woo"s were like produced by a computer and her dubbing on her rap part was perfect. I freaking love Chaeyoung and Jinkyung's dynamic...both with such confidence and ambition with very little actual skill to back it up, but still very determined😂😂 they think so alike too, their like two sides of the same coin

woah, chaeyoung is really pretty without make up. she is soon 40 and a house wife, yet without make up her skin is so nice and i think she looks like krystal. woah, no wonder they say she's a barbie doll
