Yechury forgot the colour theory he must've studied in school. There are only three natural colours viz Yellow, Red and Blue. The other colours can be made by mixing these three in varying proportions and combinations. In nature all colours can be found saffron, green, blue, yellow, black, white and so on. Scientifically speaking, you see a colour because the coloured object reflects the rays of light of a certain frequency. A black object doesn't reflect any rays, while a white object reflects all the light falling upon it.
