Dear Friends,
In this video I tried to explain the steps those should be taken care while property site visit, so I have break dawn in 3 steps of different stages.
1. Pre site visit
2. During site visit
3. Post site visit
Things to know before your plan your site visit with client
1. Schedule of Site Visit in efficient way.
2. We should have all the details about property well in advance.
3. Do all necessary arrangements well in advance related to property
During site visit
1. There should be the power full and impressive introduction.
2. Our body language, dressing sense and grooming matters a lot
3. Do not oversell or over excited while you show property
4. Try to figure out smartly about actual need of client
5. Who all are coming for site visit - family, friend and relatives?
6. Do not Show so many property on single visit
7. Describe maximum details about the property
8. Try to be friendly and familiar with the client
9. Ask few questions after visit...1. Which property they like most 2. Next plans for visit or meetings 3. Any other question.
Post site visit
1. Send a polite SMS or wts app about the experience and feed back
2. Take Review from client on Google my business account.

Don't try to convey each and everyone. Just focus on them who have potential and who responds you. Sales is not a 10/10 formula It's a 1/10. Hope I cleared your doubt.
