MB did a lovely job renovating that room into a cozy room to enjoy & relax in. I did the same thing when my sister got married, making her bedroom in a cozy room to relax & enjoy so many decades ago.

What a transformation! Looks like her Aunt Mary has rubbed off on her! That “brick” wall adds such character to the room. I love that you all take time to pet the fur babies. They’re always so curious about the projects you all do. Beautiful job! Great editing job too! Who wouldn’t want to curl up in that room with a good book, a warm blanket and a special kitty? What a relaxing and inviting room MB created. When I saw that cork board coming off I said to myself, “That is going to take some work!” But the faux brick wall is indeed neutral and everything ties together comfortably!

@@allysonh6410 It is just where the panels meet that are the give-away. You doctored that up I bet? For sure much cheaper than real brick plus the weight of them, lol. Hey good job.

@@lynnnelson6689 I put joint compound with sand over it all and kind of gave it a German schmear look to it then sealed it. It is beautiful. I'm not even sure real brick could have the same look. I feel it would be too heavy. But that is the long term plan

It came out gorgeous your niece did a beautiful transformation. I love brick work. I actually did that to my wall but i used a painters sponge to create that effect. Well done video editing was awesome 👌 love ❤ from Portugal 🇵🇹 as always huge fan and always admire everything you share and Mary.

Wow! I loved everything she did. Really loved the hanging planter and decor she did! The faux brick was genius too! The writing she did looks like something you would find at a store. Would love more videos of her incorporating her style into things you make to change it up a bit!

Not long ago I watched a Jessie at Home video and they redid their fireplace with those types of brick, then she added a German Schmear, it turned out really nice too. Love that MB took the initiative to redo that space, it turned out so well.

It’s incredible to see a space transform into a spa like room. I really enjoyed every minute. I have a wall that could use the faux bricks on. Dad lined everything up so perfectly.
