It's called airtime or hangtime (while inverted). The restraints cannot unlock anywhere other than the midcourse brake run (2nd launch), the station, or the final brake run. Even if you tried, it is impossible to try and get out of the restraints once they are locked in the minimum locking position.

Bro literally my girl and I went the first day it opened and we wanted to go on something uk chill and easy since it’s been our first time back after a year so idk y but we thought twisted colossus would’ve been good but holy hell, the drop is soooo steep like u think ur finally dropping but no the trains are still going over the edge it was crazy but the ride is so fast and the turns and twists throw u around like nothing

I just rode it a couple nights ago. It was out of control crazy. In a good way of course. We think that it is probably the most fun at night. Maybe next trip we will try the daytime if line is not huge. 👍

That's probably because you can't have loose articles on coasters.

It's called hangtime. It's meant to imitate the sensation of falling out, but it is perfectly safe. The lap bar cannot unlock under any conditions except when the ride op tells the ride to unlock the restraints, but the train has to be connected to power, which only occurs on the second launch, station, and final brake run.

@@bandmfanboy I worked at this ride and you are correct sir. There is a bus bar for each car that connects via pneumatic actuator.

Hella gross!! Six Flags definitely needs to take care of the rides better and that includes power washing and touch up painting!
