lodhapharma.com/ Six Head Ampoule Filling Machine is servo based machine having auto fill volume adjustments from the Touch Screen HMI programmed on the machine. Six Head Ampoule Filling Machine designed to fill 1ml to 10ml ampoules with minimum changeover formats. Six Head Ampoule Filler is having 6 heads for liquid filling, 6 nozzles for pre nitrogen purging and 6 needles for post nitrogen purging system. 12 burner nozzles provided out of which 6 uses for pre heating and 6 uses for sealing of ampoules.
Different variants for the same equipment available for Type B & C open mouth ampoules and Type D closed mouth ampoules. 6 head ampoule filling machine is capable to fill up to 9000 ampoules per hour.
