Thanks for valuable information, I will add one more reason of Price hike in PHA Jalozai as follows "Investors and property dealers were aware of PHA Jalozai draw before its announcements, so that had stopped investments in PHA Jalozai about a month ago of Phase#3 announcement, and they sold the plot that that had kept for investment purpose, and invested that amount in PHA Jalozai Phse#3 applies, after the draw they start struggling for purchase of plots, now as common people had got aware of PHA Jalozai importance, and more plot owners proffered to hold plots in this housing society, and shortage of available plots reported in this housing society, which tremendously increased plots price in PHA Jalozai". I will request that when you again visit PHA Jalozai, then please make it block wise videos, and try to make such a videos that plot owners could locate their plots location in your video, and streets become clearly visible in your videos.

These schemes are for long term investments. People normally get more profits inside cities. However, its up to customer` s satisfaction that he/she may go for such investments.
