SIX REASONS WHY YOUR DOUGH DIDN’T RISE | HOW TO FIX DOUGH THAT WON’T RISE
Six Reasons why your dough didn’t rise:
1. Yeast is old
2. Yeast is dead
3. You were too impatient
of waiting your dough to rise.
4. Maybe you put cold water
or milk or too hot water or milk
To dissolve the yeast?
5. Maybe you forgot to put sugar to feed the yeast?
6. In direct contact, salt can kill your yeast too and there will be no chance that your dough will rise.
How fix dough that didn’t rise?
1. First option set your oven into 50 degrees celsius when it’s warm dont forget to turn off the oven and place the dough inside the oven.
2. Place the dough in the top of refrigerator, placing your dough in a warm area will help your dough rise faster.

Proof, derived from Prove. So proving the yeast is active!

Here's a way to save it without adding lots of flour. Just scoop the yeast bubbles (we don't need that amount of liquid) and mix it into a 1/4 cup flour, then mix it to the dough. Add a little more flour if needed. It did saved my doughnuts.

@@kiranadil3957 It's the same amount of yeast in the recipe. It's just that the first batch of yeast that I used was kinda dud. So I bought a new bag of yeast and redo the yeast procedure until it bubbled a lot. Then scooped up the yeast bubbles and put it on the dough and mix it in. And then it worked. Just add flour when necessary.

Yes -- that is, any kind of dough that you normally put yeast in. Because the problem is with the yeast; not the flour (unless you are using whole grain soft hard or white wheat, in which case you might still have a problem).@@Fuutoux
