Massive respect for putting so much effort into keeping samurai viable and actually taking it to a regional event. It's not just decks getting new support that makes them a competitive threat again, it's just as important that we have dedicated players learning and mastering an archetype to make it work who actually fight that uphill battle. Because if new support ever comes out that makes the deck return to top tier status it's gonna be players like you that stuck to their guns and intimately maxed the potential out that dominate when that happens. If new support ever makes Six Sam a top tier deck again it's gonna be the long time Six Sam players that stuck to their guns that are the ones topping the most events.

Im trying to get back in using 6 samsahats ur list for extra i saw in the video for the gagaga loop and i want to use it. I saw someone run s.p. little knight but last time i played was 2016.

If you are using Daigusto Emeral to recycle Cowboy you cant skip the loop. Since it contains a randomized Element (the drawing and shuffling) it cant be iterated. You have to manually perfom the combo for all 8k of damage. The Shinai/mizuho/gateway loop to accumulate infinite counters however can be iterated since it contains no randomized or unpredictable outcomes.

Hmmm I was told this information by the head judge at a regional qualifier.🤔but what you are saying Does make a lot of sense.i will have to ask some other Judges To see if they give the same answers. And I believe the reason why they give that answer is because Yu-Gi-Oh has a weird rule when it comes to looping combos and for the sake of time.they encourage you to skip through the so there is more time for both duelists in the duel. But maybe if somebody is reading this and is a judge please comment which is the proper thing to do 🤔

But it does make a lot of sense 🤣I've done the full burn combo in tournament and about half way they just say ok let's just go to the next round. And when I did it he called over the judge to try to call me out on slow playing when the judge had told us that he could just declare it and you lose due to not having any responses 🤦 but he could be wrong maybe just told us that to defuse the situation

@@bboygreenranger A head judge can technically tell you whatever he wants, since his ruling is final for that event. If he says that Pot Of Greed draws 3 cards then it will indeed draw 3 cards. So it is possible that he allows you to skip these non-controlled loops so the judges wont have to deal with it. Its always just better to ask the judge present how it looks. Sometimes they even allow to use dice for keeping track of counters even if konami policy forbids it. It is also just better to be prepared since people might try to rule shark you if you play these kind of decks and force a game loss if you messed something up.

@@bboygreenranger Konami policy states that only "controlled loops" can be skipped. I.e. they have a predictable outcome. Since you cant predict the card you draw of Emeral this does not count as one.

The draw off of emerald doesnt matter, it doesnt prevent gateway from having 9 trillion bushido counters, whatever card u draw isnt going to impact the field, u still have infinite resources and u still ftk or handloop the opponent into oblivion

Doesn't time tearing morganite kill the deck? It prevents effect activation from the hand.

There are only two cards in my deck that have hand effects."hand traps"nib and secret of the six samurai all of the other monsters in the deck are inherent summons a inherent summon it's not an activated monster effect it's a summoning condition which bypasses time turning morganites turning off hand trap effect 😁

Why are you playing 2 crossout and 0 called by? I wish you luck but this list looks like it might be your first regional and I think your in for rude Awakening. Hope you can at least get a few good games in and learn some stuff for future events

🤔4.55 in to the video I MAIN deck call by.this is my 8-9 YCS/regionals that I have been using just six Samurai but I have been playing the deck since the first structure deck came out.and the reasons for 2 cross out is that if you put to much hand traps in the deck you lose easy access to the full combo"full power of the deck"🤣🤦and two I went with a group of people I had somebody in my group that wanted to use it they only had two so I let him use the third 😁💚

Well in a format where every meta decks starting hand is a mix of 2-3 one card starters and the other 2-3 cards are hand traps.you how to make your decision as a duelist on how you want to fight the meta. And the six samurai need three cards at the least to get a good too full power combo so that means I need the other two cards to either be addition to the combo or a card that would help me benefit from my opponents cards/over play. Most of the Six Samurai cards are inherent summons so you get a little bit of protection and scarecraw triheart can be summoned in case of a hand negate.and what decks aren't hurt by hand traps 🤔🤦
