My sister just got a huge ticket for driving alone in the car pool lane on 520, lol. She burst into tears.

How is the State replacing the money they are losing by not writing tickets ? I am in SW Wa. and it has become rare to see a police car , let alone with someone getting pulled over. I was on Hwy 14 near Camas, Wa. doing 20 mph over the limit in the right lane and was getting passed by cars going significantly faster than I was.

Thank you for serving our people as long as you could. Florida ain't that bad, we dont have a lot of serial killers compared to Washington. Catalytic converter thefts, bad drivers, no police presence, crime rampant (sound familiar?). In Florida, you don't mess with cops, let alone state troopers. Here in seattle, it's hard to even locate one, let alone get "real" help from one.
