In this video, I'm creating 6 Unique Embossed Backgrounds using the New Luxe Backdrop & Border 3D Embossing Folder from Spellbinders. Embossing is an easy and great way to to add texture to the backgrounds of cards. They can easily be kept plain, but it's also fun and fairly easy to step them up as well!

When arranging embellishments on clear acrylic blocks I add a block on top and flip the sandwich over so the bottom layers are on top. EASY to get everything into place!

Excellent idea! I’ve also heard of using press n seal on top and then flipping it over and adding glue to everything and attaching at once. I usually like tweaking and adjusting things as I go😊

I use a 2 pound bag of rice as a weight when gluing. It conforms to all sizes and thicknesses of embellishments.

Hi. I absolutely love the pink with the 3D flowers, and I'm usually not a pink person... But it was just SO pretty! Beautiful other cards too. I have not touched my Sizzix in about 4 years and I don't have any of these fance 3D embossing folders. I never used die cuts because where i live you only get the really boring ones and they are super expensive. Such a pity. TFS. Great video ❤

When I make an arrangement for my card and lay it out first, I take a picture with my phone to assist with gluing. It’s very helpful. Love this pink card and your inking tips.

I have heard of that way as well and tried it a couple of times but found this works better for me💕 I love knowing different ways to do something and trying them to figure out which way works best for us! 🥰
