Excellent review. I personally think your a little nutts riding that bike at 25mph Gary. But, I say that lovingly. :-) I am enjoying mine also, its so much fun to ride. I did talk with the CEO, the reverse function will be removed in the next batch of bikes built. He is experimenting with the hydraulic brakes so we may see that in the future as well as an integrated rear light.

@@cherylphelan2422 the improvements I did with the bike, make the bike very rideable. I have been in communication with the CEO and I believe hydraulic brakes may be in the future.

The tilting tadpole design is made in Europe but not by companies which sell in US... this is the first one I have seen in the US. Good review! I love the style, but dislike the weight, though it is still tempting (with a larger battery for more range). Usually I look for ebikes under 40# and etrikes under 50#... but as always, you pay for ligher cycles of good quality.

I was wondering if part of how you feel on the seat is due to where your feet are placed almost straight below you? Most bicycles have some degree of offset(plus or forward) to neglect the feeling of falling forward. Any ideas? Also, I agree about upgrading the brakes to hydraulic. I heard Richard state that another company's larger battery is a direct swap. If it were mine, I would take the front fenders off and try 20 inch front tires/wheels. So many upgrades come to mind to make this ebike sooo much better!!!

How do you unlock the speed of the bike? Is there a governor to adjust?

I really don’t think so Pedro I mean once you get going you’re all set, but this thing turns really quick so you have to be careful. I may put some sort of a steering damper on this. You know me I’m working on it parts are ordered 😀

@@GarysE-BikeAdventures E bike companies would be wise to use you as a consultant. That trike's front setup appears to be way too loose. Reminds me of the old American car with very strong power steering systems that allowed you to turn using one finger.

I can't see any advantage over a regular 2 wheel bike.

Why can't you just use the rear brake? It's not that fast anyway.

I am actually using my rear brake a little more than the front to help keep the bike stable when stopping. It works pretty well.

25 miles an hour is pretty fast. Yeah you can use the rear brake. I’m tending to use it more and using the front brake less but the bike does not break well with rear brakes only especially with cable pull
