British people are such an incredible sport. You beat them in the Rugby final but they invite you to their country and interview you on TV and treat you like a hero. I love the English attitude, and I am black South African, by the way.

You lifting that trophy made me believe that although I didn't have a career as a player I can stil chase my next dream which was to be a coach, we don't have many of us in the professional ranks but we've never had a black captain lift the World Cup trophy until you, it's super historic

His father was 20 and his mom was was 15.his mom and dad didn't bring him him up.if anyone deserves credit...,it's his grandmother who gave him unconditional love and the school masters at his boarding school who gave him the opportunities to get a proper education and to mold him into the leader he is today.

Listen. RSA want to win the RWC. Doesn’t matter if the whole team is black. Rugby is our pride and heritage. I would still scream as loud as I did in the previous 2 World Cups even if all players were black. Something the EFF don’t understand. BUT let’s not bring politics into this. Well done boytjie. You are a true spirit and inspiration to so many. Be proud.

I have family like Siya's dad. It's no big deal that his dad has never left South Africa. I suspect lots of America and Australia is like that. Large countries with areas that can be remote. These are the sort of places where you live in your own world. P.E is so far south of the continent in that going to Johannesburg is like leaving the country it's a 20 hour drive.

This sport, this sport community is richer for having a man like Siya Kolisi amongst us. Many say that Rugby is all about the big hits. For me, Rugby is about this: a sportsman who is humble, respectful, joyful, friendly and determined. Siya Kolisi is the representation of all those things.
