घर अच्छा है लेकिन वास्तु से नहीं है। वास्तु से सीढ़ी मैन गेट के सामने नहीं होना चाहिए। और सीढ़ी के नीचे लेटबाथ नहीं होना चाहिए।

Mera ek ghar hai jo 15/85 ft ka hai Mujhe ground floor mein ek midium size shop, out side stairs chahiyea. Mera construction rent purpose mein hai Ground floor aur 2nd pg karana hai. 1st floor hamare liye. Per room 4 person with 2-2 bathroom. I think total 13 room we can do. Ground floor 6 and 2nd floor 7. What do you think.. Please guide me and give a perfect plan. And also give ventilation I am waiting for your valuable response and advise.
