2:50 the reason behind this is that teemo poisson is counted as raw dmg(same as liandrys mask) which means tit doesnt proc any on hit and on ability-hit effects. it also doesnt count to electrocute/phase rush 3 damage sources to proc and it doesn't proc items like tear or support item with magic dmg.
