I think it's different for every body becus some people size up and others size down..also if your gonna wear socks you should probably size up...I had to size up to an 8 and they fit great so again everybody is different with different size feet .

I sized down Im normally a 8 I got a 7 they fit great and better with socks

I sized down and still have heel lift. If I go down I will have crowded tow box

Really do you?! I guess it varies a lot, which makes sense.. the size down fit me super well and aren’t too tight up front! Appreciate the input though, hope it can be helpful to others - so tricky with these!!
