Iba ka talaga chef RV, normally pag nanunuod ako ng mga cooking videos parang inaantok ako, sguro dahil yung interest ko ay nasa baking. I'm a self taught baker pero when it comes to cooking, nahihirapan talaga ako. Pag ikaw yung pinanood ko, until the end of your videos hindi ko na feel yung antok. Well explained talaga yung videos and you always offer some alternative ingredients na pwedeng gamitin, plus yung sense of humor ng mga hugot mo was very entertaining talaga. I guess ito na yung simula that I should embrace the cooking world as well. Thank you chef for sharing your talent.

Chef, I tried this today using pork chop. I don’t have dried thyme so I used fresh chopped rosemary and it is very good. The rice is so yummy and the gravy super sarap.
