Sizzling tofu is a meal on a budget recipe. It is a quick and easy recipe that is made of fried tofu sauteed in garlic, onion, mayonnaise, oyster sauce, and other ingredients. It can be served as a dish or just a finger food with a bottle of beer. Serve it while it's freshly cooked.
Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized white onion
1 medium-sized red bell pepper
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/2 tsp of coarse salt
1/4 tsp of ground pepper
500g of fried tofu
3-4 pcs of green chili
3-4 pcs of red chili
1 tbsp of butter for the sizzling plate
