What they don't tell you there, is that attacking other sovereign countries is illegal. The Charter of the UN says: "All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations." Since almost all countries on our planet are members of the UN (193 of 195), the USA consistently violates these laws. This is the reason why almost all american presidents since WWII have been war criminals. Yes, you read that correctly: they are war criminals (including Bush, Obama and now Trump as well). All of them should be put on trial at the International Court of Justice in Den Haag to receive their fair punishments for their crimes against humanity. However this doesn't happen, because there is something called "Veto Power", that enables a country to put a veto on criminal charges etc.. Only five members of the UN have this Veto Power: the USA, China, France, the UK and Russia, wich effectively means, that these countries can do whatever the hack they want, without having to fear to be punished by the UN, wich is the reason, why you can continue to bomb other countries to gain strategic power and acces to resources like oil. John Kyon off topic. I'm studying for Vetenarian and I see so many female Vet Techs which barley earn 30k. Now, there are more female teacher in lower grades mostly because "I'm good with children or I love children" stuff. Engineers, my God brother works with electric companies and I've never seen a female engineer so far. You can look at studies males dominate engineering in general and most women dominate low paying jobs except priests.

I chose to go into accounting and finance. The one major difference in our responsibilities is I supervise 20 people and indirect with many many other departments, she instead deals directly with the customer (students) in the hundreds each year - I would call that a wash. So there are three main possibility. 1) You believe she made her choice because of a constant barrage of messages promoting teaching as a career path and deemphasized other more technical professions based on her gender OR 2) we as a society devalue the professions that attract females OR 3) she made a choice based on the life she wanted to lead, the interactions she wanted to have and how much she wanted to change during her career. There is evidence for 1). Seeing most teachers be women may have made them role models to her. Perhaps a mother who didn’t have a career - jobs yes but no career left her again lacking a role model. Maybe she did think on day she would want to have kids and having summers be flexible appealed to that thought and societies push that women are the main caretakers even today. There is evidence for the second as well. The starting salaries for teachers are paltry compared to the education required. The “summers off” mantra is a faulty comparison. If you look between classroom and administrative days the average teacher is on the job about 200 days a year. The average professional with similar credentials when considering vacation and holidays is on the job around 215-220 days. That’s less than a month difference yet people assume this means teachers get three more months off than anyone else which devalues the profession. There is also evidence for the third item. We were married and I had the beads on a great career with a great employer. She then chose to go back to school to go into teaching. If we were looking to just scrape by maybe she doesn’t make that choice.
