Are round or bullet shaped wheels better for carving and getring acceleration out of it?

I like bullet shapes more, they give more contact surface while edged/angled. Also longer frame with a flat wheelbase setup works better for a ski-like feel. And stay of the inside leg at all cost while rollerblading because they just want you to be on the inside leg, you can see it in this video.
