Two new skateboard decks, a a Grimple Stix 10.0 twin nose egg board and a Welcome 9.0 popsicle board, a pair of 161 Thunder trucks, and a new pair of the Nora Adidas lows. I don’t normally spend this much money on skateboards gear, however, I just got my tax return and had a hole burning in my pocket..😅🛹

February to April is the time to stock up on gear. Sales everywhere. This year I got 3 pairs of Etnies for $18, one for $30. Madness, New Deal, and Welcome decks for $28-$40. Tensor trucks$25 a pair, Krux $30 a pair. Element cruiser complete, Element popsicle complete $50 each. Santa Cruz complete $78. Wheels from $15 -$30 a set for Spitfires, OJ's, Hazard, Darkroom, Slimeballs. I obviously like having multiple set-ups.

I should add I usually buy direct from the distributor since the closest shop is over an hour away. I also order online from that shop ,Amateur Athlete, along with Old Skull, TGM, Long Beach and Tactics.

Just looked them up and saw a few pairs floating around! Unfortunately, I don’t think that they are in production anymore.

The deck in the thumb nail looks almost identical to the andy anderson dragon, graphically. Just toss a firehydrant under it , and a few more clicks in photoshop ,and you've got it.

I just broke a 10" board. had 149(8.5") indys, fit great with wide wheels

@@maxxthemelonhead was a powell mgcill skull/snake '80s reissue from early '00s. picture in my last community notes. just set up a grimple stix cardiel, like a '92 football/egg shape. it's 9.12 and has 149 mids on it, they are tucked in slightly but i like it like that. 159s would prob be flush

For the egg, about 9.5 inches. I’m rocking the 9.125 inch thunder trucks with it just fine though.
