Dude a dr. Said I needed to get out and exercise. I hate the gym I’ve skated for half my life but knee had some surgery,s and I was told I’d never skate again. WRONG …. I’m 51 and I’m 6 months in after 15 year hiatuses. I’ve never felt better. Yea I’ve taken some slams for sure but now I’m rocking these Atlanta parks and loving it. Big plus my dr asked what I’ve been doing cause my blood pressure is much better. I didn’t tell him I’m dropping in on the 5 ft. For the first time in years ! 😂. It felt hella scary but to overcome that fear man is just amazing. Pad up boys we are older but you can still skate. Trust me ! So much fun man. Feel that rush cranking around the bowls. All that speed ! It’s good for you.

Yes. I was thinking about this today at skatepark. I need to learn to bail to be less scared. I am 33 and I think with age, you are more scared of hurting yourself. Especially when you have to provide for family. Thanks ❤

I hate bailing almost landing back on the board. I'll try the lean forward thing next time. You learn to kind of tiptoe step quickly until you find a solid place to land but it's scary.

Since I commented a month ago, I’ve been ripping a whole lot, better, been able to carry speed throughout the park even hit a couple of tiny slash grinds yesterday, started losing a lot of my fear and now I’m able to roll in and out just about anywhere in the park I want to, thanks, JB🙏🏻🤙🏼😎💯

How do you bail a backside carve grind when your board starts to go over the bowl? The nose went over the top and out the bowl for me while my body was in normal (extended over or into the bowl) position when carve grinding. My feet went out of the bowl with the board while my ankle and up was diving into the bowl. I had to take the impact into my hands and tuck and roll. Is a knee slide even possible in this scenario?

How does everyone online find empty parks, the only park in my city is hella crouded Like EVERY DAY, theres usually only like 4-5 skaters and the rest are snakes cause theres a playground near by. It's becoming an issue to learn things at the skate park because things are all either taken, or little kids are guarding it.

You need speed and commitment so Try to ride it out past the over vert. If you can’t you can still knee slide but it’ll be more impact than usual. 🛹

2 things first is as I slept thinking about me and Nigel if I was a woman I realised what if instead of skateboarding you invented a bouncy ball cover for the hammer head of a sledge hammer that was extremely bouncy to hit against a bouncy spring pad made from extremely bouncy rubber that maybe flys the sledge hammer into the air making you do a hop in witch to be then Your wearing bouncy ball covered shoes made from very bouncy material like bouncy balls then you after launching into a springing hop with your bouncy ball shoes and hammer you bouncy ball covered sledge hammer back slam onto the bouncy ball hammer pad perhaps making a perpetual hammer bounce launch hop whilst wearing a helmet and bouncy ball shoes... Also can y'all in America for me market sales to me of pronmosz spice that have the big lips and dark hair like Kim Kardashian, just wanna send you some real man money? Help me
