Awesome video bro. No need to apologize I could watch you skate basic and still enjoy it. Your style is rad! Also please be careful brushing out in between stuff like that ramp man. Could be a needle or something crazy. Sorry that's the dad in me talking 😂😂. Keep sharing and killing it bro. Respect!🙏🤙🛹

Dude that spot is so sick and even tho it felt like a rush, it was really fun to watch. The ramp reminds me of my local skatepark and I'd love to see more footage of it. Seeing Vic skate was really fun as well

How tight was that transition radius, 3 foot? Kinda looked like that had an inch of vert to it. 😂

That did not look easy. I would never skate that. It looks like a 4 foot ramp with 6 inches of vert. You are some kind of superhero for surviving that thing.

You made the right call. When dealing with sketchy folks that are altered, best to bail. No telling what can happen with some folks. If you go back. Bring Corey Keen. Dude seems like he carries enough tools and scrap around to make that at least somewhat skateable

Crazy thing is that this really is normal skating on homemade ramps. Not dwelling in past but we had loads of these made up as we went along, built with whatever we could get, best fun ever. btw dust here is rad kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nZ6TrNd8ktPDomw.htmlsi=hizxLU_6Kql3bGgQ&t=372

found a hidden treasure. you and your friends in the area should definitely put on a fresh layer to keep that ramp alive. would be a damn shame for the whole thing to rot and become unskateable. one skater bring 1 sheet of wood and its done.

Love how you're still experimenting with your Powell Peralta prototype deck shape. I think that's the way to do it and you'll end up with a deck you love dearly with no regrets. I love the direction you're going in with the latest version of the nose and the point on the front is a nice addition. The latest version of the nose is familiar, yet new. There is influence from 1987 - 1989 Tony Hawk, Mike McGill, Caballero decks with their bottle nose shape for proper aerial grabs, Eddie "El Gato" Elguera, Schmitt Stix Joe Lopes and Vision Groholski decks with their "rounded to a point" noses. Skaters who've only ever used a popsicle deck call anything that isn't a popsicle a "cruiser board" and call decks like yours an "old School shape" but that's incorrect. Your deck incorporates modern technology including the popsicle era and the Andy Anderson era as well as other eras of deck design. Hopefully, you can set folks straight when your deck drops, because it will be something new and unique to skateboarding that could have only been developed in 2024 after the banana board, pig board, fishtail board, Double-Vision/Barnyard/symmetrical, popsicle board, longboard, re-issue 80's shape, re-issue with modern concave chapters of skateboard deck design have had their time. The only thing you haven't experimented with yet are the little indents around the rear truck area that allow for a fish tail to jet out a little more pronounced, like on the current modern concave/kick nose versions of the Vision Gonzales, Jinx as well as the Santa Cruz Corey O'brien and Schmitt Stix Joe Lopes models among others. That might be something you're avoiding to differentiate your deck from others, but it certainly adds style points. The Santa Cruz Corey O'brien Reaper/Purgatory deck shape is one of the most comfortable boards to ride for street and transition. The Corey O'brien is like an evolved version of the Natas Panther. If you haven't tried riding these decks, definitely get some off-camera setups for your own research and development. A huge amount of time was put into the design of the Corey O'brien deck and it shows. It's one of Santa Cruz' best ever. It's worth riding just to see how comfortable it is. Same with the Vision Jinx with modern concave and the Salba Witch Doctor. It's so obvious when you ride these that comfort and ease of use were the impetus of their design. Your current tail shape is reminding me of the 1988 Vision Ouija board team deck, the Salba Witch Doctor, both amazing feeling decks to ride. Whoever at Powell Peralta is doing the design and tweaks for you is doing an amazing job of creating these prototypes for you to ride. When it's ready for the public, we are all going to benefit greatly from the amount of research and development time that George and Stacy have given to this deck. They chose the right person for this too, which I believe will mark a turning point in Powell Peralta's business, as much as Andy Anderson. Hopefully Powell Peralta can find someone as talented as Vernon Court Johnson, Andy Takajian and Jim Phillips to create your graphic. Your deck deserves to have an amazing graphic like the best Powell Peralta graphic ever - Per Welinder Nordic Skull.
