I’m Brazilian and love the way Russians skate. I thought the same: she had a Russian style, and her coaches are the reason why! Russia has the best figure skating school for sure!

Девочка хорошая, милая, но без ультраси. Американская федерация сделает все, чтобы она стала олимпийской чемпионкой, вернее, активно делает уже. У них давно не было чемпионки в традиционно сильном для них виде. А без русских на мировой арене теперь легко побеждать девочкам без ультраси

платье великолепное😍😍 мне нравится её манера катания, да ещё и девочка очень красивая. не заметила у неё преротейшенов на прыжках, но ей явно стоит поработать над ребрами на флипе и лутце. ну и ещё заход на лутц у неё странный, я была уверена, что она прыгнет риттбергер🤔🤔

Technical panel needs some different camera angles or seats. Isabeau's flips shouldn't be called for the edge; she had clear inside edge takeoff

Her flip is fine, it's the lutz that never seems to get scrutinized.

@@Jeremy-wp4yh That has to do with the pre-rotation technique that the judges don't seem to care about. The "!" on her flip has nothing to do with the loop thing.

@@singsongeric the ISU killed the sport. They made exceptions for the Russians who are now banned. And now this technique is widespread. Although, in other skaters defense, Isabeau's coach and choreographer are both Russian.

Her flexibility and jumps are amazing. She needs to hold on to her position on each element and let us enjoy the beauty of her full landing/gliding, instead of rushing into the next one.

Someone talk me through her jump layout. It's extremely unneccesarily difficult yet not tech max producing. There is 0 point to a 3lz-1lo-3S, her 3Lz+3T a solo 3T and 2 solo 2As. She should be using the axel sequence rule to do either 3F-2A or 3Lz-2A and that would open up a 3S (or other jump)-2T combo and get her higher d score with easier content. And then doing a 3F earlier and a 3F+2T later with a solo double axel in the second half as well. Put the 3F+2T and then a 3F and leave the solo double axel for the first half.

Двоякое чувство, с одной стороны - воровство статуса сильнейшей фигуристки планеты, что явно мошенничество и обман. С другой - катание-то прекрасное. Честное второе-третье место как у Алисы Лью было бы лучше.
