Skating Polly is such an underrated band

It’s 2 am and I’m scatterbrained but I just wanted to thank you (Kelli and Peyton) for possibly saving my life. I was having the worst paranoid episode I’ve ever had. Like worse than I knew I was capable of. I played this song cause I thought if I’m gonna freak out I may as well have a cool playlist. But now I’m calm enough that I actually might get some sleep tonight. Seriously, I owe you two my soul

My favorite Skating Polly song.

I LOVE that line "You think you're gonna be the next man in the moon, but you can't even stick to an original tune." and the way the music goes crazy for a moment there.

Skating Polly are one of the only bands that I can start playing and just leave it playing, cause each song is vibey.

Fifty four year old tough guy. Long career in the concrete trade, tried fighting competitively for too long. Broken down by hard living. Absolutely smitten with Skating Polly. I shared some of their stuff with my friends but I'll just keep this one here in my shirt pocket, close to my heart.

I was just making dinner and charging my phone. For some reason the Google search mic activated and when I sat down to eat and looked at my phone the search results from the search was this song. So I'm eating dinner and listening to it now. And all I can say is I absolutely love this song. And for once I am happy Google glitched out or spied on me or what ever. This song appears on the credits of the film falling (Vigo Mortensen) and i felt in love whit!

It's fascinating that in the 21st century we have these enlightened parents who obviously allow their children to follow their muse. I may be wrong, but I suspect these young ladies have such parents. Back in my day, I listened to artists who likely fought their parents and created rage-filled music as a result. It's better today. It's different, but brilliance shines through, talent shines through from every corner of the country.

This song written by such a young group has a meaning that for me personally is wise beyond their years. I know the nightmare of a living monster...I know that my Father- both heavenly & deceased are watching over me. Beautiful ✨🎶✨💙🙏✨💔✨

I heard this song when I was flipping channels. It was playing at the end of a movie (while the credits were rolling). It so captured my interest, I Shazamed it. And, here we are! I love this song! It brings tears to my eyes! Her Voice is Enchanting!

I watched a movie called Falling and this song came on the end credits. I was and am mesmerized by this song. Her voice is beautiful and unique as is this song. I'm 54 and not into today's music at all and I can't believe this tune is 8 years old. This should've been a number one tune on the airwaves but sadly top 40 music is dead.

This song has like 5 choruses and does not stick to the standard song writing. Yet it is a masterpiece in it's own right. I don't care if these two brilliant songwriters get recognized on the "mainstream", because the mainstream does not deserve such talent because they would milk them for all their worth until they break. I will continue following these fellow songwriters no matter how far underground they go.

Listened through the Falling soundtrack while writing papers and can not stop singing along this wonderful piece. Can't wait to exlore more of Skating Polly. Thank you for the music!
