Skeeter Owner's Tournament 2024 (New PB)

22 күн бұрынI had an absolute BLAST fishing the 2024 Skeeter Owner's Tournament. Garrett Moore and I Fought against the harsh Summer Heat in Texas, But still managed to catch a few good ones.
I caught a fish early Saturday Morning on a SPRO Baby Popping Frog, That won me 5th Place $325. We caught many fish throughout the day, but only cashed one check.
The Next Day, First thing in the Morning, I hook into a BIG Lake Fork Slot. I thought it was going to be a good keeper but it was too big.. Garrett caught 3 fish Back to back on a Wacky Rig. Finally I hooked into a Great Under and I got him to the boat. We measure and double measure just to make sure. We went to weigh in and that fish got me 8th Place $200.
5th place winner 2.28 lbs.
8th place winner 2.43 lbs.

Whispering and not revealing the length of that fish at 4:40 is suspect… Even said “I’m not even going to say it”

If you watch the video I did measure the fish. He was under 16'' and I put him in my live well. The Tournament officials are very strict on the size limit, especially on Lake Fork. I was whispering because of boats around me.
