Surfexcel powder. If the leaf is hard you can boil lil more time, mine is baby leaf (which is soft)

Boiling for 30 min will do or we need to keep the leaves in water for a day after that....?

You can try both... Bt boiling will take 30 mins (or) soaking the leaves for a week would be easy to remove the greenish layer.
