This is what we have done before 25 years, when i was taking my dry flower classes. Our teacher taught the same method to do like this with the same peepal leaves and arrange dry flowers. You recalled my old memories.... So happy to see this method after a very long time. I even made rose flowers with corn leaves... pistachios shell, from wood etc.

Just 😍 BEAUTIFUL!!! Who knew that soaking the Pipal leaves for 10days or so, & the Leaves after a little scrape off could look so translucency Beautiful! U also, by adding the soft pink colour gave those leaves A Brrillance worth admiring & Ur Wall Hanging turned out FIRST CLASS!!!

tip : add washing soda in water and boil leaves in it for 20 minutes ... then use brush like she did and you will get transparent vein leaf

It is not easy ,every 3 days u need to change water otherwise it stinks,after 3weeks you need to take off the green pigment very slowly with soft brush,should not use much force,or else the leaf venation gets damaged,best of luck

..How fantastic it looks on the wall !...Wow!! 👌🏼👌🏼 ..I was thinking about painting the twigs in black rather than keeping them in natural colors...This may add more contrast with those pink leaf skeletons...Also, l'd spray varnish all over it to protect it from weather... . 👏🏼👍🏼💚
