Күн бұрынHi everyone, sorry I haven't posted anything about the development for a couple of months. Its just that not a lot has been happening other than the ground works and shop fitting. I wanted to wait until it was near completion before I shot it again. i hope you can all see how its changed and how it will all look once the second phase is completed. There is also a brand new park being constructed which you can see at the end of the video. I will be posting a video of the whole project from start to finish in due course. Thank you, yes this is phase 1 completed. Unfortunately they won't start phase 2 unless phase 1 does well. So we will just have to see what happens. 👍

Thanks Chris, yes it is quite a big space. Just have to see if any more of the units get occupied now, and phase 2 gets completed. They have a habit where we live of taking forever to build something, then not finishing it off. Thanks for watching. Del 👍

@@LandmarkAerialDronePhotography I did find my walk over to Asda a bit daunting from Lidl today as there is a small road and cars were driving to the College and it was very lonely as there was only me walking. I went to the right on my walk rather than to the left where the College is. Even though there was a zebra crossing on the bend of the road.
