We did this Skepta reaction on a live stream so it has a little different vibe to it because we read comments during it. Overall, we really like the sound of That's Not Me. This grime flavor is fire. Skepta and JME killed this track too. They had a good message and a nice grime flow to go with it.

IMO Drill is begining to sound like classic GRIME: To me, M1llionz - B1llionz sounds like Ruff Sqwad - Together. Have a listen to them back to back, identical chord progression, same percussion, similar hi hat syncopation and the way the vocal sample is chopped. One is seen as Drill and the other as CLASSIC GRIME. Give them a listen side by side.

The person who said that this is a drill beat knows nothing about beats. This is a proper grime beat like the people said. Would love to see you both react to more grime artists like: Wiley, JME, Frisco etc. Wiley would be a good start since he's the godfather of it all. skepta and jme have been featured on his songs too.

Can y'all PLEASE do some more JME reactions now, you guys will like him! He 'reps for the nerds' and is not really too concerned about making bangers, but he has some sick rhymes and a unique style. Check out Man Don't Care ft Giggs for a big reaction, 96 Bars of my Life for some JME backstory, ISSMAD for crazy crazy rhyming schemes that you won't find anywhere else. To answer Lex's question the videos in the background are from Skepta and JME's old videos. This whole song, the set and the green screen video is basically paying homage to old school Grime.

This is old school Grime. I grew up on this. Grime existed waaaay before Drill was even on the map. There is badically no similarity between a proper Grime track and a Drill song.

This is NOT a drill beat. Skepta in the UK at this time was a Grime artist. Grime was the big music genre before drill came along. I’m sure you can tell this beat is not similar to the drill beats you may have heard before.
