Why can't I adjust the anchor point to round the corner? It can be used in pscs5, but not in cc2017.

Is it possible to produce good render using only mouse without using Wacom..?

Yes it is. I did some automotive wheels proposals in the past using only mouse. It requires a little more skills, but it is totally possible.
