How is your skecthbook so clean and organised? Mine is just a mess, full of doodles, random song quotes, poem like thingies, and unfinished scketches. I think you’re beating yourself up over nothing when you say some of your art is terrible and generic and a mess. I would assume you don’t mind them too much if you feel comfortable enough to show us. They seem pretty great in my opinion. Looks like you’re very creative.

Ya know. You are really hard on yourself, and I suspect that you wouldn't say those same things to anyone else about their work - but you kind of are. When people who aren't a fraction as good as you see you thinking so many of these are bad, they question. Not saying that as a shaming thing, I get it, BUT as a positive - being kinder to yourself means all of your followers will be empowered and feel like they can do it, too. You can want to improve and not hate where you are.
