Where as most other art KZfaqrs mainly stick to one subject matter, I love very much how you jump around to many different subject matters and different materials. I don't see the variety that you share anywhere else. It is very inspiring to me seeing how you treat your sketchbooks has changed my perspective of my sketchbooks (even though I haven't really don't any sketching since April)

I always look forward to Fridays!!!! The sketchbook tour was delightful, and as much as I love whimsy I prefer the variety. Paint what your drawn to paint on any given day - that is one of the things I like most about how you work - how ecclectic it is because you follow your own impulses. Thanks Sandi! I really enjoyed seeing your finished sketchbook. The best part about you and your relationship with your art is how much you love your work. Even when you are critical about your own work, it’s in an analytical way. Constructive. I’m still working on not hating what I do. I know I have to rely on the process more….I mean…I don’t sell it….It’s just for fun. But nobody can rob me of the fun faster than my own self. Sheesh! This is a lovely collection. I tend to gravitate especially to the colorful works and your boats make my heart sing! :) thanks again for the inspiration.

You don't let any of the page go to waste. I've only been watching you for a few months and it has taken me a bit of time to appreciate your work with your paints. It is a delight to watch you and a delight to see what you come up with next. I know it may show a cat watching the scene but I'm trying to remember whether or not you ever put your dog in your pictures.

I love this sketchbook flip through video! One of my favorite paintings is the dining room still life after the painting of your mom’s house. The color palette of that painting is so cheerful! I’m having a moment with pinks, blues, turquoise and potted plants in my own work, and this painting made my heart sing; so beautiful, so inspirational! 🥰

Sandi,Your Sketchbook is such a reference treasure,you have so much there to dip into again and again.My personal favourite is the orange table still life,but I’m a bit torn as I also love the Boats with Hank on,love it all though.Have to tell you a funny story....My Husband came Home after a Fishing trip,he said,”have I got time to put my gear away before we eat”,to which I replied,”loads of time,I haven’t started cooking yet,I’ve been watching Sandi”🤣🤣🤣.Have to say,he loves your videos too. I was so happy to see that Johnny the cat reappeared,I think that’s your best cat painting x.

I'm obsessed with your channel! You are very inspiring, and cover a lot of things I've have questions about. I love your review's on supplies because I'm never really sure what to buy. I've done a lot of different arts and crafts over the year's, and have a little bit of everything, but no really good quality anything. You've got me sketching, and I've never been much for drawing, but I'm getting better, and more than that, I'm enjoying it! I keep reminding myself "Your doing A drawing, not THE drawing!". One of my favorite video's, was where you painted these patterns, and then painted over most of it, leaving the patterns for the people's clothing. Loved it! I just found your channel recently, and have a lot more to go thru. It's been a breath of fresh air!

What I love (in answer to the question of what style do we like/prefer) I love how you paint the "sweet" and then next comes the surprise of the "strange" - wow it is all just so good - such a fabulous sketchbook. Keep doing what you love!

Love your sketchbook! Your art “boggles my mind”. You can paint anything. I guess one of the things I enjoy most is your fearless style. You are beyond loose. Some of it is almost too childlike for me but for the most part I love it all…especially your dedication and sharing that you do. I just see you as being a famous artist someday….a recognizable name.

I just love your mix of styles that how you go from whimsy two scenes to still lives I think so my favorites are always flowers but I absolutely adore your boat paintings the squiggly lines captured all those things that are on a boat so perfectly Lovely!

I recently found your VLOGs and have to tell you how inspiring you have been to me!! I do have favorites from your paintings and sketchbooks but I totally enjoy all of your styles and that is what makes your art so interesting. I paint too tight and you are encouraging me to be loose and free from preciousness...my perfectionism, straight lines, and control and to use a sketchbook regularly. Love your sketchbook. The variety in the subjects, your resource on a subject witch you use as revérence, but above all Your use of Colors. LOVE the painting with the pink wall and oranje table. I stop the video and i look at it all the time..

Love the variety, but the birds and the more detailed paintings (that don’t seem to be your favs) are so much fun. They remind me of the picture books I read as a child…seeing your paintings make me want to look and look…just like I did as a child with those glorious picture books of my youth. ❤

I love your you tube channel and surf a lot through all of your videos. I have been drawing and painting for years but always with realism. The first time I saw your paintings I was captured and captivated by the possibility of simplicity and a child like approach. Since then I have been painting and drawing every day in an effort to loosen up, I have found that it is not easy and every time I start a painting of a pond near my home I see that I am trying to capture every tree and detail and then I cover it and begin again and again . I hope that in time it will get easier and easier. I love your fantasy paintings and the still life"s. I to constantly change my subject matter each day. I have reached the twilight years of my life and I am excited to get up each day and start again and I have not felt that way in years. I wanted to send some photos of my work but don't know where to send them.

There is something so lovely about your energy. I love your usage of colour, it excites me to experiment around more myself. These paintings are alive with your love for art, and came out absolutely brilliant ❤️ I enjoy the variety you've explored, and the floral ones are my personal favourites, I just had to pause at each one and soak in the beauty. You SHOULD be proud of it! Thank you for sharing it with us. As for me I LOVE the variety. But sometimes I wonder what's in your head LOL! Tiger with mustache? Speghetti? Did you have neices and nephews over that weekend or something? And the boat series! I loved those! And the story with Hank... honestly you are talented AND funny. What prompted the boats, just out of curiosity? Do these things come to you over your oatmeal at breakfast or what?! I just love seeing what you're up to next 😄 I feel like if I say, "I loved the boats" then you might think I don't love the flowers or the table settings. I do! I do love them too. Saying to myself now, "Stop KC. She's going to tell Grady the stalker lady is back!"

My favorite painting is Johnny and Finn in the mudroom...for the silly reason that I just love your cats! I'd buy that as a print or even a painting if I could afford having it shipped all the way to Asia. 😅 But honestly I love your sketchbook tours because of the variety! It inspires me to have a variety too and also to just play and sketch and not be precious with my pages!

Such an amazing sketchbook tour, just blown away by all the paintings ! I just love the variety in your work, how you can take it some whimsical tigers, going to boats and flowers. The variety makes your work, vlogs, art so amazing to follow. SERIOUS 1 day I hope you bring out an art book with your sketches/paintings etc
