This was so fun! I love the commentary and how you walked through the process with us. Some memories, some tips, some explanation of process. It felt gentle, soothing, and genuine -- like hearing a friend talk as they're creating, rather than a "10 TIPS FOR BEGINNERS -- THE LAST ONE WILL SURPRISE YOU!!" kind of video where someone is talking AT you🙄 😮‍💨

I’m 6 months late with watching this but I wanted to let you know I LOVE this style of video. Especially as someone who is new to gauche it is fascinating to see how you use it. Also I love the voiceover with it, it makes me feel like I have company while making my art 😊

I really like how the title says that how YOU use gouache and not 'how to'. 😊 I don't like when people say how to use an art material when they say it in a way that there is only a certain amount of way to use something and only those are good. Thank you for the video, I really enjoyed it. 🙂

I'm watching and currently sketching. One of those quiet late nights for me. I have gouache but I haven't played around with it too much. I mostly use acrylic when I paint, so the fact that they re-wet when you paint over it is a struggle. Anywho, I loved watching you work. Great job!!
