I used to have a bad habit of being obsessed with SCPs. It was bad because I was(and still am) scared of them. I know they don’t actually exist. I still like SCPs but I hope to never go in a SCP phase again. It caused me stress all the time, and it made me scared of the dark. No offense to people who love SCPs.
