Hi. How do I apply Roundcorner on the flowfy plane? Let's say I have a flowfiED curved plan with thickness. Can I round corner the edge?

You may have better luck doing the round corner after you use flowify. If really all depends on how complex the object is. Round corner seems to fail if there are tight curves or small faces near the edge. I would suggest just experimenting with simple things first and then try to work up to more complicated things. All of my "Clean up" Tools - Cleanup from ThomThom FixIt101 from Anton Synytsia Cleanup Unwanted Edges from a4chitect Remove Inner Faces from Wikii Remove Lonely Verticies from Fredo6 (a part of FredoTools) Solid Inspector from ThomThom Solid Solver from TIG Fix Solid from GWD Vertex Welding Tool from A4chitect Edge Gap Inspector, Close Edge Gaps, Erase Stray Curves from Thom Thom (Edge Tools) Merge Verticies and Merge Close Verticies from ThomThom (Vertex Tools) Remove Edge Loop by ThomThom (Quad Face Tools)

It usually means that the geometry you want to Flowify is not in a group, or you haven't selected the group with the Flowify surfaces.

my skp says that the source geometry should have a raw face. what should i do

That because you problably grouped all the objects into one general group before flowify.... make sure you select all separate objects and then select the flowify group (the one you impose to grid) and hit flowify.
