Hello. The design of your 2-storey residential building is elegant and great. If by any chance, can you lend me a copy of the Autocad and Sketch-up file? It's just for my lecture in Building Systems. I've evaluated this one with the Building Code of the Philippines and it passed all the requirements for the Architectural documents which is what I need to show to my students. If you don't want to, it's just okay.

Hi what is the height from top of beam to roof apex?

Hi, I didn't actually add a slope to the roof. But generally, the minimum slope for water to run off is 1% or pitch your roof 15-20 degrees for efficient running of water.
