Thanks for a really helpful video! I'm a new hobby turner (bowls)and I am using carbide tools but your tree styles and fixturing definitely will help me improve my trees. My wife says that she has enough bowls and has asked for Christmas trees. I will be practicing today.

I enjoy turning different styles of Christmas trees, so it was good to see your variations,, but what caught my eye was the live center you used. It's exactly what I've wanted, but I didn't know they existed. I just ordered one. Thank you.

Amazing. Can i ask what the wire is u used on 2 handles?? New turner here? Still as green as fresh wood. 🏴👍

hiya Colwin, what angles should i be grinding my skew chisel to ?

Hi there, we suggest an overall bevel angle of 50 degrees and a Skew angle of about 15 degrees. I hope this helps.
